Limes Farm Junior School
I just wanted to say that the school looks magnificent! Your team did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure walking into the school on my first day back and casting my eyes around the school. There have been several compliments made by our parents and staff and felt it was important to let you know.
West Kent & Ashford College
Lewis and Graves approached the college and ask could we assist Lewis and Graves in being the first college in their company wide project to have an electronic dashboard system installed onto the colleges computer system to monitor all health and safety aspects of the college regarding the cleaning contract.
We jumped at the chance to have such information at our finger tips, being the nature of our curriculum is that of heavy industrial courses and safety is paramount for us.
I must say the system built for us was very professionally presented and a very usefully tool to monitor all health and safety and environmental risks.
This has also proved to be usefully to the colleges external auditors. Thank you again to Lewis and Graves for this excellent software
I wanted to send a note to acknowledge the outcome and feedback received as part of an audit carried out at our Seevic Campus by the British Standard Institution. The audit was in relation to our cleaning team managed through Lewis and Graves Partnership Ltd and our onsite Cleaning Manager and Supervisor.
The audit was passed with flying colours, no no-conformities, or observations raised, this is no easy task accomplished by our dedicated onsite team. Auditors commented on how clean and organised the campus was and also how polite staff were. Reception staff were praised for being very welcoming and polite and in addition, engaging in a swift and efficient signing in process including security measures to ensure the auditors were accompanied appropriately. The visit was impeccably organised.
